We’re looking for contractors in IT support and WordPress web development. You can apply for one or both, and you don’t need to cover every skill listed.

IT Support Contractor

Support small businesses with on-site and remote IT needs. Work is assigned through our ticketing system, no cold outreach or client hunting required on your end.

Handle website builds, maintenance, and updates for our hosting and web development clients. Design-focused work, we’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail.

Familiarity with AI Tools is Required

At Twilight I.T. we use AI as a practical tool to work smarter and serve clients better. We’re looking for contractors who are comfortable incorporating AI tools into their workflow, whether that’s for troubleshooting, content, documentation, or design work. You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need to be open to it.

What to Expect

Work That Fits Your Life

This isn’t a punch-the-clock position. As an independent contractor, you work when there’s work, and we handle bringing in the clients. All job assignments come through our ticketing system, so there’s no awkward direct client relationships to manage. Just good work, fairly paid.

Heads up: Work volume varies. There may be weeks with several jobs and weeks with none at all. We don’t guarantee a minimum number of hours or assignments, this is a true independent contractor arrangement, not a steady paycheck.
