Plan Review

Share the floor plan with us. We mark up access point locations, network closet placement, and cabling run paths, giving your team a clear spec to work from.

Rough-In Coordination

Your electrician or low-voltage contractor pulls wire to the marked locations. We’re available to answer questions if anything changes in the field.

Equipment & Configuration

Once wire is pulled and walls are closed, we come in and configure all networking equipment, switches, access points, firewall, and surveillance systems.

Client Handoff

Your client gets a fully tested, working network on move-in day. We provide a walkthrough and remain their IT resource going forward.

We meet with you, review the floor plans, and scope the project together. This gives us what we need to provide a realistic time estimate for your bid, at no charge.

All Work Billed by the Minute. No Minimums

Plan markup, placement specs, configuration, commissioning, everything beyond the initial consultation is billed by the minute. No hour minimums, no flat-rate padding.

You Buy the Hardware. We Spec It

We build a complete equipment list with exactly what’s needed. You purchase it directly from the supplier, no resale markups, no warranty headaches, and you own it outright.

Written Estimate for Your Bid

After the consultation we provide a written time estimate you can include in your project bid. It’s a realistic ballpark based on actual scope, not a guess.

We handle UniFi Protect camera systems on Ubiquiti Dream Machine hardware. Your contractor mounts the cameras and runs the cable, we configure the entire system, set up remote access, and walk the client through how to use it. It’s a clean handoff that works well for everyone.
The free consultation is a meeting where we review your floor plans together and scope the project. From there we can provide a written time estimate for your bid. All actual work beyond that conversation — plan markup, placement specs, configuration, and commissioning — is billable by the minute.
No — and that’s intentional. We build a complete equipment spec list with exactly what’s needed for the project. You or your client purchases it directly from the supplier. This means no resale markup, no sales tax headaches on our end, and the client owns their equipment outright with full manufacturer warranty coverage.
